Hussain Currimbhoy studied film at Curtin University and the Victorian College of Art in Australia, writing and directing several short films. Hussain is the programmer for the Sheffield Doc/Fest in the UK. Hussain lives in Sheffield.

U:MACK productions have been promoting concerts and club nights in Dublin since 1994. They’ve worked with international artists such as Liars, The Melvins, Battles, Fugazi, Born Ruffians and many many others, as well as some of the best in Irish talent including The Redneck Manifesto, Bats & Twinkranes.
Michael Connerty (New Indie Voices, Show & Tell)
Michael Connerty teaches film and animation history in IADT, Dun Laoghaire. He has taught on other areas of visual culture, particularly the history and theory of comics, which is where his energies are currently directed. In the past he has performed numerous roles in Darklight, interviewing guests, and curating a number of programmes of animation and experimental cinema. He has written and performed with two of Dublin’s premiere underground rock and roll bands, Female Hercules and Mouthpiece.
Caroline Cambell (3-D.I.Y)
Caroline Campbell is a long time associate of Darklight. She is a documentary filmmaker as well as a legal & digital rights expert. Her area of interests range from academic exploration of art and technology to possibilities of free culture and Open Source.

Gavin Kelly (3-D.I.Y/ MoCap Hack)
Gavin enjoys directing live action, animation and visual effects, preferably at the same time. He has 15 years of experience utilising cutting edge tools, creating compelling characters and worlds, and telling their stories. Starting out with a degree in Fine Art, Gavin went on to absorb the emerging fundamentals of computer graphics at companies in Dublin before becoming a founding partner of Piranha Bar, a digital content studio on Fitzwilliam Square with 30 people, loads of 3D and compositing and an amazing couch.
