Following on from his Darklight Audience Award 2008, Darklight is delighted to welcome David O’Reilly, Irish born Berlin based animator for a return lap of honour at this years Darklight 2010.

According to the man himself, biographies are for dead people. Perhaps this is because he doesn’t have the time to list all his credits and accolades or perhaps he grappels with the limitations of self definition. We think David O’Reilly’s vision and creation, expert execution and heart stopping animations lift the audiences heart in this otherwise empty world.
