CURATORS
Mick Wilson is an artist, writer and lecturer at
DLIADT, Dublin, Ireland. Wilson studied at the National
College of Art & Design, Dublin (BA 1990, MA1992) and
Trinity College Dublin (MSc. 2001). He has exhibited work
in a variety of media both locally and internationally.
Recent shows include "Trains Made Mary Vague"
(Temple Bar Gallery, 2000) and "The Tuileries Incident"
(Hugh Lane Gallery, 1999). He has written on the work of
contemporary artists, on the nature of criticism and on
the
relations between art and technology. His current research
interests include representations of the Shoah and the philosophy
of technology.
He is a member of the Editorial Board of Crossings: An eJournal

Nicola Gogan, a 1993 graduate of the National College
of Arts and Design, began her professional art career with
a number of site specific performances and audience based
works in the early nineties. Having a great interest in
new media and the artistic use of technology, she studied
electronic art in San Francisco, and became one of the first
instructors of artistic use of Internet technology at The
Arthouse in Dublin. She is now the director of Sink
Digital Media; a Dublin based cutting edge Production
Company, and is the director of the Darklight Digital Film
Festival, which takes place in Temple bar, and the Irish
Film Centre every year.

| Pallas Studios
In 1996 Pallas Studios was established to harness, engage
and provoke the Irish independent art scene. Since its inception
over eighty artists have benefited from the use of Pallas'
space and facilities. Many of these artists are award winners
and have produced work that has been exhibited widely in
Ireland and abroad.
Pallas Studios was formed in Dublin's inner city as an artist
led initiative run by a partnership of Mark Cullen and Brian
Duggan. It now operates two studios in the city centre that
provide for 21 artists and curates numerous exhibitions
of contemporary art each year.
Pallas Studios represent its artists internationally through
connections with independent and professional spaces in
London, New York and Amsterdam. "There is an alternative
