Darklight is a not-for-profit arts organisation. Over the past 13 years we’ve worked hard to produce consistent quality programming celebrating the best filmmaker, animation and artist talents from Ireland and across the world while creating an environment to encourage the emergence and support of new talents.

Over the years we’ve received fantastic support, primarily by The Arts Council, with support from the Irish Film Board, Fas Screen Training Ireland and Dublin City Council who help us to put on screenings, workshops & seminars and events over the festival dates as well as year round.

Times are tough. There’s no escaping that. Everyone has been hit by the economic downturn and as such it is with reticence that we ask our fans to lend their support.

We’re currently looking for all different kinds of support.
